Responsibilities Join Our Team as a Clinician as we build the Substance Use Disorder Program! Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm Position Summary: The Clinician, Substance Use Disorder is responsible for completing comprehensive assessments, coordinating care, and determining eligibility for patients meeting substance abuse programming criteria. Key Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive ASAM 4 Level of Care Assessments and ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical records system. Complete general substance abuse assessments for ages 12 and up based on need. Deliver clinical interventions for acute and high-risk substance use disorder patients and communicate updates to the treatment team. Utilize a harm reduction approach to support patient engagement and safety when appropriate. Participate in team meetings to assist with growth, ongoing training and department development.
