We’re seeking a experienced SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead the design of a scalable, future-ready HR landscape for a global enterprise. You will define HR architecture, consolidate SuccessFactors instances, digitize processes, and enable AI-driven features.
Responsibilities: Design end-to-end HR solutions across SuccessFactors and legacy systems Develop global HR architecture and consolidation strategies Architect HR process digitization and automation Drive HR data governance and AI enablement (Joule, Talent Hub) Lead system integrations using SAP CPI/BTP Align architecture with business outcomes and KPIs Lead stakeholder engagement and governance
