Position Overview
The HR SF & ADP Consultant is responsible for the technical operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and the ADP global payroll platform, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and seamless integration across all supported markets.
This role serves as the key liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and Legal, translating business requirements into effective system solutions while managing vendor relationships and platform governance.
The ideal candidate brings deep SAP SF configuration expertise, hands‑on ADP technical support experience, and the ability to operate independently in a complex, multi‑market environment.
