Bethlehem Central School District is continuoulsy seeking applicants for School Bus Driver vacancies. Candidates will be trained prior to an official School Bus Driver Position. Training applicants for School Bus Drivers will be compensated at the Board of Education approved rate on the District’s regular biweekly payroll cycle with the understanding that they will remain on the District payroll for a minimum of 90 calendar days after the satisfactory completion of training. Compensation for training hours for bus driver applicants from the first day of class until the 1st CDL permit test date (not to exceed a week after the end of the training class) will be held until the bus driver applicant successfully passes the NYS CDL permit tests with all required endorsements
