Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Substation Construction Manager to oversee a major substation project for a Data Center in Texas. The focus of this role is to manage subcontractor performance and lead a team to build a high-quality substation.
Responsibilities

+ Drive subcontractor performance to ensure timely and quality completion of the substation project.

+ Lead subcontractor crews, managing a team of up to 25 people at a time.

+ Oversee overall production and quality of the job site and crew operations.

+ Ensure construction is executed according to safety, quality, and contract standards.

+ Communicate effectively with the project team and stakeholders through standardized reporting and meetings.
