Substance Use Disorder Counselor, Project Network, On Call #395 LifeWorks NW's Project Network program is a residential program with a focus on the African American community for women in recovery dealing with alcohol/drug issues who are with their small children. On Call, Substance Use Disorder Counselor position provides substance abuse treatment services in this residential setting. Responsible for assessment, treatment planning, provision of counseling (individual, family, and group) services, urinalysis, consultation with care providers and coordination of multiple service providers for his/her assigned client caseload, and for keeping accurate, timely records.
