Under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Director/Clinical Supervisor.

Ensures that all State, City and Agency documentation is delivered in an accurate, timely and proficient manner.

Education/Experience:

• CASAC, or QHP designation recognized by NYS OASAS|NYS DOH|MH a combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance.


• College degree, master preferred; with college level courses in substance abuse counseling, psychology, social work, or other related areas; And/or five (5) to three (3) years progressively responsible experience; and must be computer literate.
• Appropriate certification or license as required; with extensive experience will be considered.
