Trustpoint is partnering with a leading national law firm in its search for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support the attorneys in the Subrogation department in its Dallas, TX office. The candidate should have strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, experience handling complex matters involving catastrophic injuries, and the ability to prioritize and balance a variety of tasks. An ideal candidate would have exposure assessing medical records and handling defect litigation. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of litigation experience and thrives in a fast-paced, high intensity, team-oriented environment. The candidate will be expected to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. The candidate may also support the attorneys in our other office locations as needed as well.
