Responsibilities

• CDA RDA by laws working experience is must
• Prepare accurate and detailed architectural and engineering drawings from rough sketches, specifications, and calculations.
• Assist in the drafting and design of building plans, elevations, sections, and details using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure drawings comply with project requirements and standards.
• Revise and update existing drawings to reflect design changes or as-built conditions.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and comply with regulations and codes.
• Manage and maintain a library of up-to-date drawings and documentation.
• Conduct site visits to gather data or verify measurements and specifications as required.
• Assist in preparing documentation for permit applications and submissions to regulatory bodies.
