Job Summary

The Subject Specialist will plan, develop, coordinate, and implement academic‑support programs in one or more target disciplines for undergraduate and graduate students at Ontario Tech to enhance student success initiatives, retention, and overall student experience.

Nature of Work

Reporting to the Manager, Student Learning Support, the Specialist supplements the existing curriculum and helps students achieve educational success through the development of academic skills and knowledge. The Specialist works in close collaboration with students, faculty, and staff across the university to coordinate and promote the development of effective physics and engineering skills among students.
