As our new Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for technical assignments, diagnostics and operation of equipment and systems. You will assist and perform remote troubleshooting, diagnostics and find solutions to technical problems. As part of the role, you will also be expected to recommend product or process modifications and / or improvements.
