Our established client in the semiconductor industry is looking for a Resident Engineer to manage subcontractor in Melaka plant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-site Sustaining Engineer for the subcon site.
• Support mass production and NPI activities for semiconductor packages such as SOT, SOD, DFN, and Power Packages.
• Oversee production operational performance, including specification execution, yield performance review, manufacturing line audits, and cycle time monitoring.
• Support the implementation of company requirements and standards at subcon sites.
• Support customer requirements, visits, and audits at subcon sites.
• Act as the communication interface between the company and subcon.
• Support engineering communication and collaboration with external subcon partners.
