Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
Manage daily studio operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory oversight, and equipment maintenance. Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
2. Staff Management
Lead and support front desk and service teams, including onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and fostering strong relationships.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling member concerns professionally and promoting a culture of exceptional service.
4. Health and Safety Compliance
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards. Maintain a clean, secure, and safe environment, and provide training to staff on protocols.
6. Platform Standards
Maintain and enforce the highest standards of brand excellence, uniform, conduct, and overall studio presentation.
