About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Student Welfare Officer to support the wellbeing of our student community. The role focuses on providing guidance, counselling, crisis support, and creating a positive, inclusive campus environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide confidential advice, support, and counselling to students on personal, academic, or social issues.
Assist students experiencing emotional, mental-health, financial, or wellbeing challenges.
Act as a point of contact for students in crisis and ensure timely intervention.
Develop individualized support plans for students where needed.
Plan and implement student welfare and wellbeing programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
Promote activities related to mental health, stress management, inclusivity, and student engagement.
