The Role

The Student Support Coordinator is an integral role in the School of Isolated and Distance Education’s (SIDE’s) Referrals team, working closely with SIDE Regional Coordinators, Learning Area leaders and the School Psychology team to strengthen coordination practices and build staff capacity across the school. The Referrals program supports students with severe physical and mental health challenges and pregnant students wanting to continue their schooling in a highly supportive online environment.

This role supports the development of best practice in providing continuity of schooling for severely ill or pregnant students, while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
