Student Nurse Associate Apprentice (SNAA) Band 3 - 24 months

This is a 24-month developmental apprenticeship role with the University of Lincoln due to commence in February 2027. The Student Nurse Associate Apprentice (SNAA) will work towards progression into the post of a Registered Nurse Associate through successful completion of the Student Nurse Associate Apprenticeship programme. The apprentice will develop and maintain knowledge, skills and competencies related to the role of Nurse Associate within Lincolnshire Community & Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG) and through completion of the level 5 foundation degree apprenticeship with a Higher Education Institute (HEI) which includes working in a variety of clinical placements and delivery of person‑centred care under the supervision of a registered practitioner.
