Role Mandate

The SVP – Business Development & Debt Syndication will be responsible for originating, building, and scaling the debt syndication franchise, with full ownership of client acquisition, revenue generation, and deal pipeline development.

This is a front-end, revenue-driving leadership role, requiring strong relationships across corporates, lenders, and financial sponsors, along with the ability to originate and close complex structured debt transactions.

1. Business Origination & Revenue Ownership

• Drive new client acquisition across large corporates, mid-market companies, and institutional clients
• Originate and execute mandates in:
