Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil or Structural Engineering; PEB(Professional Engineers Board) Singapore-recognised qualifications are highly preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience in structural design for large‑scale and complex building & construction projects in Singapore.
- Well‑versed in Singapore’s Building Control Act, CPF Board regulations and relevant industry codes (e.g., SS codes, BCA guidelines).
- Coordinate, review and consolidate structural drawings to ensure cross‑discipline alignment with architectural, MEP and other trade teams.
- Undertake detailed design and optimisation of complex structural connections and special architectural nodes, ensuring compliance with BCA’s buildability and safety requirements.
- Oversee coordination of slab thickness, floor levels, and layout of raised/depressed slabs to facilitate building services integration.
