Job Description
- Perform or witness concrete, masonry, steel bolting, post installed anchors and other activities on New York City construction projects, such as low to mid rise buildings, industrial, commercial, public, academic, and healthcare facilities.
- Prepare and submit reports of inspection activities and other technical documentation
- File documentation and complete required technical report forms in accordance with the IBC
- Other duties as assigned
- Lead or participate in project meetings and conference calls.
- Manage project documentation and status.
- Perform Energy efficiency inspections in NY TR8
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or Architecture is preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a construction or special inspector on progressively complex building/facility projects.
