The Job:

The main function of Associate Global Promotions & Brand Product is to provide high-level tactical support by assisting with a large volume (30+), wide portfolio of projects; tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials and guidelines; managing samples inventory; heavy meeting scheduling and agenda management; maintaining databases; preparing reports; owning social support process; heavy internal and external communications and information sharing.

The Daily - Major Activities:

• Prospect new business via email outreach


• Customize pitch materials; support pitches as needed


• Research and respond to licensee requests


• Maintain calendars & trackers weekly


• Oversee meeting scheduling and agenda management


• Input PR/ social support & newsletter requests
