the role
As a M&A Deals Consultant, you will work with leading corporate clients and investors, helping and supporting them tackle their toughest decisions. Your engagements will include a mix of corporatestrategy (growth strategy, market entry, pricing, commercial excellence, product strategy) and transaction-related work (commercial due diligence and pre- and post-deal value creation). Your work will be varied, fast paced - no engagement is ever the same.
What your days will look like
Planning initial hypotheses and analysis; formulating initial hypotheses based onpreviousexperience, knowledge of the sector and understanding of the scope of work
An ability to multitask effectively and balance time between project delivery and business development support effectively
Supporting and coaching junior team members
