What You'll Be Doing

• Tackle the company's toughest problems in various different areas (Ops, GTM, Partnerships, etc.).
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to increase the quality of Venn products and deliver positive business outcomes.
• Work directly with the founders in setting and ensuring operational KPIs are met.
• Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Venn hyper-growth.
• Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to internal teams (e.g., Product) working to improve customer experience.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment in any of the following areas: high growth start-up / management consulting / investment banking.
• Analytical in nature and a hyper-logical thinker.
