**Overview**

The Enterprise Strategy team at REI shapes the co-op’s future by setting the vision, goals, and strategic plans. We identify impactful opportunities, define and advance strategic priorities, and guide enterprise investments to drive progress toward our objectives.

The Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role, developing impactful division or initiative strategies in support of REI’s long-term objectives. This role also partners across the organization to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans, facilitate cross-functional planning, and maintain momentum on high-impact initiatives.

This position combines strategic thinking with analytical rigor to ensure initiatives are grounded in robust frameworks and deliver measurable impact.
