This role orchestrates execution at scale, translating strategy into aligned initiatives, creating strong governance and decision systems, and enabling leaders and teams to execute with clarity, pace, and impact. The role focuses on governance design, stakeholder influence, facilitation, and execution discipline, with the mission to design, run, and continuously improve the Global Services Commercial governance and execution system to ensure that strategic and continuous improvement initiatives are clearly aligned to priorities and objectives, delivered with discipline, transparency, and pace, and provide measurable business impact through strong collaboration, decision making, and capability building across the organization.
