**JOB SUMMARY**

This role supports the advancement of Product & Health Experience (PHE) operations by driving key initiatives across the Product Development Management Lifecycle (PdMLC). The individual contributor will help define, implement, and continuously improve standards, measurement approaches, and workflows that enhance operational effectiveness. This includes contributing to the development of outcome-based performance metrics, supporting the design and adoption of flexible stage gates, and helping operationalize AI within PHE through process improvements and change management. The role also plays a key part in workforce transformation efforts, including enabling learning and development initiatives to build future-ready capabilities across teams.
