**Description:** Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Strategic Transactions Analyst to join our team in Littleton, CO! This position will serve as the primary driver for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic partnership opportunities within Lockheed Martin Space. This position will be responsible for developing the strategic rationale and business case, completing a technology assessment, presenting the investment thesis for each proposed partnership, and driving the agreement to closure. This role blends technical understanding, financial analysis, and cross functional collaboration to ensure that all partnership initiatives align with Lockheed Martin Space’s growth objectives and portfolio strategies.
