**Job Summary**

Procures services and materials of low to moderate complexity and risk to the business unit. Assignments are determined and work typically consists of repetitive functions. Handles routine or standard purchase orders and related documentation in accordance with established procurement policies and procedures, and government laws and regulations. Ensures fair and reasonable prices and prompt deliveries from responsible suppliers in a competitive atmosphere. Requires independent business judgment for routine issues....
