**Job Description**

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to support Rooms Amenities. This position is responsible for managing supplier relationships & contracts and supporting customer programs.

Leveraging best practices and in accordance with company standards, the Manager will actively plan and then execute initiatives that result in successful contracts that satisfy customer needs and generate value and/or cost savings. This may also require good business judgment to adjust the process in order to deliver a successful contract in an efficient manner.

The Manager will collaborate with the larger Rooms Amenities team to support the overall category strategy, and will oversee a selection of contracts as assigned for which s/he will ensure the supplier meets their contractual commitments, that customers? needs are being met, and ensure that suppliers and contracts remain competitive with market changes.
