**Job Description**

BAE Systems Space and Mission Systems (SMS) is seeking a highly motivated Sourcing Specialist to join our team and drive operational efficiencies and cost savings. This role will lead initiatives supporting SMS programs in Direct Procurement. The Strategic Purchasing Analyst will ensure adherence to SMS procurement policies, minimize risk, and guarantee that software and hardware are procured through appropriate channels.

This position is category-specific, focused EEE Electronic components but will also leverage general strategic sourcing knowledge to apply best practices across key areas of spend.
