Job Description
Strategic Planning Executive /Up to $4,500 Basic @Alexandra Road
- Attend customers’ enquiries & process pricing estimates/quotations.
- Coordinate, negotiate & gather data for quote preparation.
- Price reviewing, budgeting, analysing and support monthly reporting.
- Assist in preparing, analysing customers and suppliers’ forecast/actual demands.
- Experience in handling shipment arrangements, coordinating with customers/suppliers/forwarders.
- Coordinate & negotiate with internal/external parties such as customers, suppliers & freight forwarders.
- Daily shipment arrangement, PO generating, SAP input, invoice & BL checking.
- Perform supplier and customer management (order backlog & forecast management).
