Role Overview

Cuso International is seeking two volunteers to join an international volunteer program aimed at fostering the growth and empowerment of women, girls, and individuals facing poverty and vulnerability in Colombia. The role supports identifying stakeholders, especially private sector companies, and aligning technical and vocational training with Canadian private companies’ skills needs to promote young people’s access to decent employment. Volunteers strengthen partners’ adaptation to new market realities, enable them to become economic facilitation agents, and demonstrate economically meaningful results such as employment, competitiveness, and supplier readiness.
