**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience with data center technology, large collocation agreements, industrial scale site selection, power transmission/distribution, and cooling technology.
+ Experience managing utility agreements, energy-related issues, and clean energy initiatives.
+ Experience with real estate transactions, evaluation, acquisition, development, and financial modeling.
+ Experience with indirect taxes, economic development policy, agreement drafting/redlining, and presentation development.
