Responsibilities

• Branch / BU queries – to advice internal stakeholders, i.e. various Business Units on timely manner and professionally. Expertise would be on operational queries / law related queries with minimal supervision.
• Court orders – to attend court order, i.e. garnishee / mareva injunction / discovery order and must have litigation background would be added advantage.
• Litigation – to manage and monitor the litigation cases that filed against RHB Bank / RHB Islamic Bank and to handle litigation the files and monitoring cases independently.
• Regional businesses – to advice queries from regional branches / to review agreements from regional branches.
