Strategic Investment & Financing Associate
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models for AI infrastructure projects (project finance, cash flow forecasting, cost of capital, scenario analysis). Support financing and investment execution: due diligence, valuation, investment memos, lender materials, and transaction processes. Evaluate and structure financing solutions across debt, equity, leasing, and hybrid capital for AI compute deployments. Conduct market and capital research on investors, peers, funding structures, and AI infra financing trends. Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams (finance, legal, ops, technical) on cross-border projects, SPVs, and global expansion.
Who We're Looking For
3 years of experience in Investment Banking, PE, FA, Private Credit/Debt, or similar analytical roles. Strong financial modeling and structured financing foundation. Comfortable working in early-stage, fast-moving, ambiguous environments. Highly analytica...
