Atome is seeking a Senior HRBP for the Philippines to support the HR functions of a new financial services business under Advance Intelligence Group. The role involves partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational growth and compliance.

The suitable candidate will have at least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in an HRBP or generalist capacity, preferably in a fintech environment. Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and SEC regulations is essential.
