This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a leading regional fintech. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will own the FP&A engine across multiple markets, products, and entities, with your analyses directly informing strategic decisions across new products, partnerships, and markets. This is not a reporting‑coordination role: on the processes you own, your judgment is the deliverable. We are looking for someone who forms a view and puts their name on it, challenges the business when the numbers don't support the story, and is hungry to build rather than maintain.
