In this senior leadership role, you will guide the Foundation's strategic vision and operations. With over 8 years in grantmaking or a related sector, you will define funding priorities and ensure the effective allocation of resources. Cultivating an accountable culture will be key as you engage with various stakeholders and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shape the Foundation’s strategic direction and grant priorities
• Partner with the Board for risk management and long-term strategy
• Oversee the grant lifecycle from sourcing to reporting
• Foster community engagement for responsive funding decisions
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
Requirements:
• 8+ years in senior leadership within nonprofits
