Job Description

Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a fantastic client of ours in the Worksop area as they look to recruit a Strategic Credit Controller into the team on a full time, permanent basis

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Chasing customer payments in line with payment terms to minimise bad debt o
  • Handling of all tier 2 interactions received into Credit Control ensuring all requests are completed and successfully resolved within the agreed service level
  • Look for process improvement opportunity for service delivery
  • Work to daily outbound phone targets set by team leader
  • Work to individual and Business Unit Overdue Debt reduction targets and Cash Collection
  • Work on customer disputes to help minimise outstanding debt and escalate to the appropriate people
  • Creating and categorising outbound service requests
  • Assisting with on-going training for all staff in the Credit Control t...
