Strategic Change Manager-AI
Reports to: Senior Strategic Change Manager
Location: UKI Leeds, London, Dublin
Department: Cross-functional (COO & CCO Functions)
Role Purpose
The Strategic Change Manager (AI) will play a key role in the delivery of the UKI business strategy across Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) functions. The role will coordinate and execute change initiatives, working to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and positive delivery outcomes. Working as part of the Strategic Planning & Change team, the role holder will drive the planning, bridge the gap between cross-functional teams, manage delivery, track progress and support in embedding change.
