Job Description

Title : Warehouse / Stores Team Leader

Reporting to : Logistics Manager

Location :Dundee

Principal Objectives :

  • Co-ordinate and oversee all Stores activities at our Longforgan Warehouse to ensure efficient, adhered to processes and to maximise productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate logistical process and investigate any failures and discrepancies.
  • Planning workloads and delegating tasks
  • Ensure the accuracy of stock reports.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, organise and participate in daily Stores tasks, including the receipt, documentation, storage and dispatch of goods and materials.
  • Assessing team performance and providing feedback to line manager.
  • Be involved in devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand for customers.
