Introduction

Phoenix Marine Manufacturing is looking for an experienced Stores Manager to join the team. As the Stores Manager you will be responsible to lead all stores and inventory operations, with a strong service focus on internal customers—particularly Production. You will ensure material availability in line with planning requirements while maintaining strict inventory control, rebate compliance (Schedule 3 & 470.03), and disciplined stores governance. Key responsibilities include managing inventory levels, coordinating transportation, developing logistics strategies, optimizing warehouse operations, and leading logistics teams. This role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and system skills to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and ensure timely deliveries. This role is critical to production continuity, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
