MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurate and timely handling of stock ensures that guest-facing departments (kitchen, housekeeping, spa, etc.) are never left short, enabling seamless service delivery
• Checks and unpacks deliveries, ensures items match the delivery note, and captures them correctly on the system so that all stock is recorded accurately
• Issues stock to departments based on approved requests, ensuring the right items and quantities are given and recorded in the system or stock sheet
