Stores Person

Arriva Bus UK, Telford Bus Garage

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a proactive Store person to take charge of stock and supplies at our site – making sure the right parts and materials are in the right place, at the right time.

This is a vital role at the heart of our operation, supporting the team to keep everything moving efficiently and safely.

What you'll be doing:

  • Receive all incoming materials, reconcile with purchase orders, and check for accuracy
  • Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on deliveries
  • Keep the inventory system up to date with accurate stock totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring supplies remain within agreed minimum and maximum thresholds
  • Maintain clear records of all goods received, issued, or returned
  • Pack, price, label, and arrange returns of stock as required
