Job Responsibilities


Management

  • Oversee daily floor flow and overall team’s service, supporting in maintaining standards when managers are off the floor

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team of your store (e.g. briefings, BOH management, etc).

  • Manage the integration of new joiners and help manager to assign responsibilities and sales target allocation.

  • Transmit product knowledge to sales staff.

  • Share ideas regularly and follow up the tasks delegated by the Store Manager.

  • Improve synergies with other stores.

    • Supervising Performance and Sales

  • Achieve sales and KPI target by mastering the use of Selling Galateo, MyTouch and product knowledge.

  • Support peak-hour management and trading coverage

  • Develop measurable goals and objectives based off store’s KPIs.
