- Position Title: Store Operations Manager
- Working Location: Senoko
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm; Sat, 8am – 12pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $7,000 - $8,000 + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Manage and oversee daily operations across 8 restaurants.
- Lead and guide outlet operations to meet agreed targets and support ongoing improvements.
- Support business growth, including planning and setting up new outlets in Singapore or nearby countries.
- Implement cost control and cost-saving measures.
- Plan staffing needs, including recruitment, training, staff development, motivation, deployment, reassignment, and handling workplace issues to ensure effective use of manpower.
- Carry out other duties or projects assigned by the Director.
