Sales Achievement Plan

• Ensure that sales plan of the branch/es is achieved through product assortment, marketing opportunities and completion of store plantilla.
• Direct on planning of marketing strategies, merchandise arrangement, manpower requirements and computation of sales plan during sale events.
• Monitor sales performance of the branch/es by coordinating with Store Managers.
• Prepare regular report on the sales performance of the branch/es.

Daily Operations

• Ensure standard operating procedures and compliance to Company policies are strictly implemented.
• Prepare and implement sanctions when Company policies and procedures are violated.
