Job Description
- Lead daily store operations and manpower planning to achieve operational targets and business goals
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members to enhance performance and deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage administrative functions including inventory control, sales forecasting, invoice consolidation, and report generation (sales and costing) to support management decision-making
