In This Role You Will

Drive the growth and strategic initiatives of Silk & Snow and Endy, and maximize sales efficiency and revenue potential of Sales Associates.

Motivate and provide clear direction, priorities and communication to the team so that goals and objectives are achieved.

Be creative, manage and implement the day‑to‑day visual merchandise strategies and appeal of the store (product displays).

Be responsible for the P&L performance, monitoring and assessing inventory levels.

Enhance the customer experience through building relationships and connecting customers to our brand and brand values.

Manage, coach, train and develop the sales team and foster an environment of inspiration and empowerment.
