Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, profit, and customer service objectives.
- Supervise and motivate staff to meet performance expectations and uphold store policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist in scheduling, training, and evaluating employees.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
- Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and banking procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and support with stock ordering, receiving, and loss prevention.
- Step in as acting Store Manager during their absence.
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1 -3 years of experience
