Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure quality service
Welcome and advise customers with expertise and professionalism
Manage stock, orders, deliveries, and sales follow-up
Organize and showcase the store and products (merchandising and window displays)
Participate in sales activities
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards specific to the chocolatier
